Yayasan Pahang has commissioned Universiti Malaysia Pahang to undertake a study to assess the level of Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) currently practiced in Yayasan Pahang. This study is a preparation for Yayasan Pahang as state owned enterprise to comply with the new amendments of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 that will be in force in 2018. This study is a collaboration between Yayasan Pahang and Universiti Malaysia Pahang under the Governance and Integrity Center, Faculty of Industrial Management (FGIC) UMP. This study will be able to assist Yayasan Pahang; especially its Integrity Unit to understand which areas of ABMS that would need improvement. With the study, it is also hoped to be able to assist Yayasan Pahang to be the first organisation that has a robust system in countering bribery.
